Drug Uses
Apcalis (generic Tadalafil) Oral Jelly is used for treatment of impotence in men. Apcalis Oral Jelly increases the body's ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation. This drug does not protect you from getting HIV (AIDS) and other sexually transmitted diseases.

How Taken
Apcalis Oral Jelly is usually taken as needed about 15 minutes before sexual activity.The effect from One dose (one sachet) will last for upto 24–36 hours. Do not take Apcalis Oral Jelly more than once a day.

Warnings/Precautions
Apcalis Oral Jelly can cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly to an unsafe level if it is taken with certain other medicines such as nitrates and alpha–blockers, and recreational drugs that contain nitrates called "poppers". A sudden drop in your blood pressure could cause you to become dizzy, faint, or have a heart attack or stroke.Until you are certain how you are affected by Apcalis Oral Jelly, use caution when driving or operating heavy machinery. Apcalis Oral Jelly contains some lactose and should not be taken by patients who are lactose intolerant. Taking Apcalis Oral Jelly with grapefruit juice can increase your chances of experiencing undesirable side effects. If you are taking medications with nitrates or nitric oxide, have uncontrolled blood pressure (high or low), or if you have a history of stroke or heart attack it is not advisable to take Apcalis Oral Jelly.

Missed Dose
Apcalis is taken when needed, so it is not likely to miss a dose.

Possible Side Effects
The most common side effects with Apcalis oral Jelly are headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects usually go away after a few hours. Patients who get back pain and muscle aches usually get it 12 to 24 hours after taking Apcalis Oral jelly. Back pain and muscle aches usually go away by themselves within 48 hours. Call your doctor if you get a side effect that bothers you or one that will not go away.

Storage
Store this medication at room temperature 15–30°C (59–86°F). Keep away from children and excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom).

Overdose
If overdose is suspected, seek medical attention immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe dizziness, fainting,nausea and vomiting.

Do not take Apcalis Oral Jelly together with certain medicines that contain nitrates, it may cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly to an unsafe level.
